LCPG is a cooperative effort and each member is expected to participate in the tasks that are needed to insure its on-going success. A person interested in becoming a member of LCPG must provide the following information. Before submission, please read our Mission Statement:
“The purpose of the Lake Chapala Painting Guild is to further the professional development of “brush and palette” painters who use oil, acrylic, watercolor, collage, pastel, encaustic or mixed media as used in “wall art”; no photography unless as part of mixed media collage.

LCPG MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

Send at least three digital photos of current paintings. These should be sent as email attachments in a size no larger than 800kb and should state actual size and medium. Include your artist statement and a short bio or resume. You are also asked to contact the membership chair to arrange dropping off an actual sample of your work that can be viewed. All this will be reviewed by members of the guild and you will be notified of your status and your work will be returned. If approved you will be invited to the next general meeting where the membership fee of 200 pesos will be due for the calendar year. There will be no prorating of the fee. Future membership fees will be due every January.
